Our Testing Options

Urine Drug Testing

Qualitative testing that use immunoassay methodology for screening of drug classes. This test option is low cost and quick results. This is appropriate for use by clients who feel comfortable interpreting toxicology results.

Definitive Urine Drug Testing

Quantitative testing that use Liquid Chromatography/Tandem Mass Spectrometry methodology to identify and definitively confirm individual drugs and its metabolites within each drug class. This testing is extremely sensitive and reliable. This test option is appropriate for targeted testing, in which only specific drug class are of interest like pain management clinics.

Definitive Oral Fluid Testing

Oral fluid drug testing is a convenient alternative to urine drug testing. Advantages: Non-invasive collections, Specimen collection observed; Helpful for patients unable to provide a urine sample. Oral fluid is best at detecting recent drug use. Koa labs offers testing for 15 standard drugs of abuse, including Alcohol, Oxycodone, and Buprenorphine.
